      make sure you are on .602 gingerbread
      wipedate/factory reset
      wipe cache
      wipe dalvik cache
      install .zip from sd
      choose .zip from sd
      then flash this rom

        Download on Miui site contains 0mb. Forums complain of false battery readings, causing phones not to charge. Others have same problems with not being able to d/l. As of 0800 est. Today, d/l link was inactive.

            No problem. Hope they fix that battery issue soon. If its reading a full battery even when the battery is drained, the phone wont charge. No charge means unfixable brick. Need confermation of fix before I will flash. Please keep updated. Thanks.

    This is not working i am running MIUI 1.7 and i am trying to update to 1.9.19 and it just gets stuck at the boot logo it wont even get to the boot animation. Can you help me bro???

      youll need to sbf then update to gb .602 ota then oneclick root then flash the new miui

    It was pulled due to some serious battery issues. I just had to flash to a different rom. Battery always stated 100%, even with reset of battery stats and everything. My phone would only turn on with the charger.

          Thanks DMX. I flashed MIUI last night and was bummed when my phone just died this morning. I’ve got a full battery and will flash the new 1.9.16.1 tonight.

          thanks. totally enjoy your videos. if it wasn’t for your how-to vids, I wouldn’t have fashed and tried near as many roms. great work!

    MIUI working fine so far. Battery charging and reading correct status. Make sure version is 1.9.16.1

    does this rom suppoprt bluetooth?

      Yes. Not sure if there are any bugs – Haven’t tried it yet. The pull down menu is a notification pull down and also a toggle pull down for BT, brightness, etc. So no need for power widget. The only thing you have to get used to is no app drawer. This rom is the cleanest and most customizable by far. Good work Framework 43. Thanks DMX.

        Flashed Miui 1.9.16.1 last night. Everything seems to be working great! I’ve tried liberty, cm7 (froyo and gb) and a bunch of other roms. Miui is better than them all. To get your app drawer, install adw or go launcher. I use go launcher EX and it works flawlessly. Thanks again DMX. love this site!

          Nice – thanks. I actually prefer the stock MIUI launcher. It’s much smoother and I just put all the extra icons in folders. Camera very blurry tried changing some settings – looks horrible

            Ok. Haven’t really tried the camera yet… like to have it, but don’t really use it much. I’m sure they will update with more patches soon.

            I’ve used go launcher on every Rom I’ve used. I’m just used to it. I just wanted to let people know that go worked for me, and ADW should work as well.

    I am on the rooted download of .602 and downloaded the miui file…i wiped everything as stated above and when i installed from SD card it aborted. Any ideas? i downloaded the file to my computer and then transferred to my phone.

    I am running MIUI 1.9.30 and it is awesome. the Dev team is working on 1.10.7 based on the Defy now. working out some camera bugs currently.

        trying to sbf to stock .602 from 1.10.7 and having trouble getting latest rsdlite to recognize my X — the USB dropdown is kinda different on 1.10.7 and I’m not sure which option to choose. Any help DMX?
