Motorola is doing it again… taking forever to release a heavily anticipated device! The Droid RAZR HD aka Droid Fighter was expected to arrive in mid April. We are more than a month past that projected release date. This weekend it began to show up in Cellebrite systems for 3rd party retailers which at the very least gives us a sign that the phone is coming and won’t be a phantom device! We also find out that the model number will be XT926. The device is rumored and expected to deliver 4.6″ 720p HD display, on screen navigation keys, a 1.5GHz dual-core snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of Ram, 12mp front facing camera, Ice Cream Sandwich and hopefully the 3300mAh battery from the MAXX
