We still do not have a Stable build of Cyanogen Mod 9, however the CM team says that all devices receiving CM9 will be receiving CM10! The team will continue to bring stable builds of CM9 to devices before focusing all efforts on CM10. CM9 seemed to take forever to release. I remember that it took about a month or so for a build to come out after the official ICS release by Google. The CM team had to completely rebuild the Rom from the ground up because of the huge changes going from Gingerbread to ICS. The changes from ICS to JB are not as significant so this transition should be a little smoother and definitely a bit more timely.
