NOVA launcher is being updated to include Jelly Bean features! Of course you need to already be on ICS to use Nova Launcher. The beta apk already has the new features. Some of the features include Search Bar style ICS or JB, adjust padding for labels, built in JB icon theme, custom widget list picker (requires root or JB), lots of fixes for Jelly Bean users as well. Head to the source link to download the apk, and look for these features to be merged into the playstore app soon!
