Jelly Bean 4.1 is being released to AOSP today. Most developers have not started to build their JB Roms because source had not been released. I guess they felt like their was no need to put in all that effort knowing that they would rebuild the whole thing once source dropped. With JB heading to AOSP tonight we should see lots of new JB roms coming in the next few days!
