GOOphone to sue Apple upon Iphone 5 release TROLLOLOL

The makers of the Goophone I5, the Android device that is designed after the numerous iphone 5 design leaks, has announced that they will be suing Apple upon the release of the Next Iphone. The Goophone design has been patented in China. I think they may be barking up the wrong tree. Im interested to see how this plays out. Your thoughts?

They are suing Apple on copying their own device when their own device is copied from the iPhone in the first place? WTF am I not getting?

Yes exactly! Goophone patented the design of the iPhone 5 just purely based on leaks. Since they hold the design Patten on the new design they are claiming they will sue apple on design Patten infringement
