Also changed the boot animation, I couldn’t stand that Verizon one.

Its rooted and has busybox and SuperUser.apk installed.

It should be noted, that these do not flash a kernel. When we get access to our boot partition, you’ll need to flash a stock boot.img if you came from an AOSP-based rom. (Stock boot.img flashable via odin here (flash in PDA slot): http://goo.im/devs/i…tock.kernel.tar )
